You should only see this notice again if you have cleared cookies from your browser. So the hachmann should power the decoder and change the point motor without the need for a separate power source?! If you feed the solenoid a constant current it is likely to get warm.
Then connect the SP to the Prodigy’s programming track output as shown in the SP manual when programming, and also connect one of your 3-561 motors across the Out A and C terminals on Port 1 to provide a load.

Similarly, even at 15V, a 1Amp Controller will have minimal ‘umph’ available to operate insensitive point motors like the normal Peco Solenoids! It sounds possible that this is what is happening here. This applies to both versions of the SwitchPilot.
